MayWorks 2018 Labor Hootenanny
May 5th from 6:00PM – 8:30 PM at the Longshore Local 23 Hall located at 1306 Alexander Ave E, Fife.
Join Union Brothers & Sisters for an evening of music solidarity featuring great songs of labor, peace and justice.
Musicians are welcome to bring an acoustic instrument and a song to share or just join in the jam.
Local #76 is planning a member recognition event on Thursday, May 17, 2018 in the
back hall of the Local Union #76 Building, 3049 South 36th Street, Tacoma. A social hour will
begin at 5:30 P.M. that evening, followed by dinner at 6:00 P.M.
The referral rules have recently been modified to allow limited call backs from the short call books. These changes will become effective on April 15, 2018. The updated rules are available on the dispatch tab.
At the upcoming April meeting the Washington State Association of Electrical Workers will appoint a delegate to the 9th District Women’s Committee. Contact Local 76 Business Manager, Tim O’Donnell, at 253-475-1190. if you would like to be nominated as a delegate. Be prepared to describe your involvement in the IBEW.
