Dear Brothers and Sisters:
On July 8, 2010 at 5:45pm, six days short of his 40th birthday, IBEW Local 76 Inside Wireman Adam Guile passed away after a battle with cancer. Adam spent his last days at Providence Seaside Hospital, surrounded by family and friends, laughing and talking. He even said to “say hi to all his union brothers and sisters”.
Adam was born and raised in Washington. He started the Construction Apprenticeship in 1997 and Graduated as a Journeyman Inside Wireman in 2002. He had five children that were always his top priority. His kids were his life. Adam also loved laughing, the Brotherhood and Chevy Hot Rods.
Adam had a rough road this last year. He leaves behind his wife and five children. Donations will be collected at the IBEW Local 76 Federal Credit Union. There is an account in his name and anyone can contribute to it. All cards and gifts will be accepted there as well.
A celebration of Adam’s life and his 40th Birthday will be held on July 14th, 2010 at AmVets Hall in Tacoma, 5717 S Tyler at 6:30pm. Please bring a candle. If you would like to volunteer, please come at 5:00pm.
Thank you,
Rich Valencia
Brotherhood Committee Chairman
